Peptide Injection & Aftercare Guide
Preparation:
- Reconstitute the vial with 3 mL of bacteriostatic water.
- Gently swirl (don’t shake) until dissolved.
- Store in the fridge (2–8°C) — never freeze.
Injection:
- Use a 1 mL insulin syringe (29–31G).
- Clean vial top and injection site with alcohol.
- Draw up your dose (e.g. 0.10–0.30 mL).
- Inject subcutaneously into the lower abdomen at a 45–90° angle.
- Dispose of syringe safely.
Aftercare:
- Apply gentle pressure, don’t rub the site.
- Rotate injection areas weekly.
- Mild redness or tenderness is normal.
- Stay hydrated and store vials correctly.
