Refund policy

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
Femme Avenue will only consider accepting the return of goods if the return is logged within 3 days of delivery, the goods are in their original packaging and undamaged (only damaged goods received on delivery can be returned). Please note that the user is responsible for the return of any goods ordered in error and liable for any costs relating to the return. It is suggested that any returns are sent with an insured courier service as Femme Avenue is not liable for any loss or damage during the returns process

Refunds
No refunds will be ussies, only exchange or credit on the user's account.

No replacements, refunds, or resolutions will be provided for issues arising from:

Normal wear and tear
Misuse or improper handling
Accidental or physical damage
Electrical damage
Customer preference, expectations, or dissatisfaction unrelated to product functionality
