- Condition: To qualify for a cooling-off refund, goods must be completely unopened, unused, undamaged, and in their original, sealed packaging. Due to hygiene and public health reasons, we cannot accept returns under the cooling-off period for any perfume or cosmetic product that has been unsealed, opened, or sprayed.
- Costs: You are responsible for the direct costs and logistics of courier delivery back to Femme Avenue. We highly recommend using an insured courier service, as we are not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the unopened item, a full refund for the product value will be issued to your original payment method within 30 days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
