4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Nationwide Delivery: We deliver across South Africa. We reserve the right to reject and refund orders to locations deemed a security risk or too remote by our couriers.

  • Risk Transfer: Responsibility for the goods passes to the user upon delivery to the address provided. Femme Avenue is not responsible for loss or unauthorized use once delivery has taken place.

  • Timelines: Major City Centres: 2–5 working days; Outlying Areas: 5–7 working days.

5. Returns and Exchanges

  • Strict No-Refund Policy: We do not issue cash refunds. We offer exchanges or account credits only.

  • Damages: You must inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 3 days if an item is defective or damaged.

  • Ineligible Items: Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Return Shipping: The user is responsible for return shipping costs for items ordered in error. We recommend using an insured courier service.
