DOSING INSTRUCTIONS 

Mixing Guide

Commonly mixed with 2ml bacteriostatic water

Add BAC water slowly down the side of the vial

Swirl gently — do not shake aggressively

 

Timing

1-2 times Weekly in the morning 

 

Dosing

Commonly used 1-2 times weekly

 

• Week 1-4 - 0.25 mg/ mL once weekly
• Week 5-8 - 0.50 mg/ mL once weekly
• Week 9-12 - 1.0 mg/ mL once weekly
• Week 13-16 - 17 mg/ mL once weekly
• Week 17+ - 2.4mg/ mL once weekly
